BISK needs an employee who can handle Social Media and Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:

Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.

Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages parents to take action on shared contents.

Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
-
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
-
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.

Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
Requirements

Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist & marketing assistant.

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
-
Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
-
Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
-
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords & spreadsheets etc.).

Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
-
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

Fluency in English, Kurdish & Arabic.

Exquisite communication and people skills.
-
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
