Key Objectives or tasks:
1.

Responsible for screening patients including vital, maintaining outpatient records and medical supply inventory.

Responsible for assessing the patients, taking history, vital signs, assisting the doctors and report writing.

Must comply with proper safety and security policies and procedures.

Administers appropriate medication and treatment

Provide face-to-face counselling services to the individual consumer, groups, or family members
-
Lead therapeutic groups with patients
3.
-
Maintaining infection control in the clinic.
4.
-
Keep and maintain patient records and the outpatient register.
-
Provide health education and counselling in liaison with in clinical Psychologist
5.
-
Holds a nursing qualification from a recognized training center or medical certificate.
-
2 years’ experience as PHC or hospital nurse
-
Native Kurdish/Arab, Iraq citizen, Excellent English, Kurdish and Arabic communication skills (oral and written).
-
Good knowledge of quality standards and quality controls related to medical practice.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility, motivation, and maturity
-
Willingness to work in difficult conditions.

Candidate should be from Nainawa governorate, Zummar sub-district
