To manage and secure POS acquiring business services in Iraq including POS added values services such as Mobile Payment, E-Voucher, Bill Payment …etc in addition to manage POS Technical Support.
• Participate in all aspects of POS device configuration and application development process including, analysis, design, testing, and deployment.
• Point Of Sale setup (installation, configuration and troubleshooting).
• Nationalization and download the key on Point Of Sale.
• Follow up POS services or Merchants issues.
• Export and import DB and transfer it with POS vendor.
• Follow up POS mandatory development and upgrades according Card Schema.
• Analysis for new requirements of POS platform software development from POS vendor.
• POS Back office support, POS Terminal Management (TMS) and System configurations.
• MegaNAC network controller support and operations.
• Defined and troubleshooting interface connected with switch.
Required Knowledge and skills:
• Good Knowledge in Payment system
• Good Knowledge in the point of sale terminals technologies ( GPRS, Dial…etc)
• POS terminals installation, configuration and troubleshooting
