Length of Contract: 3 months
Requirements:
SEED requires an international consultant with at least 10 years experience advising NGOs on all aspects of operations and administration including financial management systems, procurement and logistics, HR and administrative systems, and grant management/compliance with donor regulations to ensure that SEED's policies and procedures ensure high accountability and compliance, and are both effective and efficient. Work with SEED management and staff to identify challenges and bottlenecks, make appropriate revisions and improvements to policies and systems, conduct training and staff capacity building.
SEED requires consultant as soon as possible for a period of three months to be based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, with some travel to SEED offices in Dohuk, Koya, and Suli. Applicants should have a minimum of ten years working in or advising international and US NGOs on all issues above and compliance in particular with US and other government grants and regulations. Attractive compensation package will be offered.
