Job summary:
Job Title: YouTube Content Operations Lead
Work Station: Erbil
Gender: Male or Female
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM - 40hrs/week - Sunday to Thursday.
Job Purpose:
To administer the partnered YouTube channels and their assets on YouTube CMS and contribute content for Vin TV social media pages.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Responsible for protecting valid audio & video assets of partnered YouTube channels.

Responsible for managing claim disputes, ownership conflicts, reference overlaps, invalid references, copyright strikes and other related tasks on YouTube content manager account.

Acquire new YouTube channels under our CMS.

Train & guide partnered YouTube channels on channel & content optimization.

Generate the monthly earning reports and ensure that the partnered channels are paid accordingly.

Make sure the partnered YouTube channels are following YouTube community & partner guidelines.

Edit and publish music video contents on our own YouTube channels and optimize them with appropriate titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, etc.

Curate media assets including, visuals, music, video clips and create short videos for social media channels.

Manage and maintain the contents on VinTV account on all different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

Create content based on social media calendar for Vin account in different platforms.
Required skills & experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business management or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in operating YouTube channels, marketing, social media or related field

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Kurdish & Arabic

Results-driven, proactive & able to work autonomously

YouTube Certification is a plus.
