MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with the project management trainer to facilitate all training activities, resources, equipment and information.

Liaise with beneficiaries to identify course attendees.

Make sure that beneficiaries needs are met

Act as the focal point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports
-
Maintain a data base which contains the information of the attendees.
-
Register the attendees and ensure that all documents are filled properly by the attendees and reported.

Perform any other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Bachelor degree in Project Management;

One-year experience or fresh graduated student;

Fluency in English and Arabic languages.

Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines and work under pressure;

Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
