Training Facilitator for Business start up

  • Coordinate with the business startup trainer to facilitate all training activities, resources, equipment and information.
  • Liaise with beneficiaries to identify course attendees.
  • Make sure that beneficiaries needs are met.
  • Act as the focal point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports
  • Maintain a data base which contains the information of the attendees.
  • Register the attendees and ensure that all documents are filled properly by the attendees and reported.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Direct Supervisor.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor degree in Business management;
  • One year experience or fresh graduated student;
  • Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic languages;
  • Ability to handle confidential matters, meet deadlines and work under pressure;
  • Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility, and drive for results.
