Position: Trade Marketing Specialist
Location: Iraq, Erbil, Kurdistan Region
Salary: Commensurate with the required experience and qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and manage the Trade Marketing budget.
- Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Managing the sales team overall Iraq
- Managing the Perfect stores project
- Managing the merchandisers and promoters
- Responsibility for trade activities and the offers
- Responsibility of must stock list and planogram by region, channels, and classification
- Running monthly and yearly P&L
- Managing the operation
- Responsibility of Month to day and year to day (target & achieving)
Job Requirements & Skills:
- 3-5 years of Trade Marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (Spoken and Written) & able to speak English
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- have strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- have strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills & good team player
- Planning and Organizing.
