Role Summary:
You will be the first person in Iraq to hold such a role! The TikTok & Reels Content Creator is a fun role but has great responsibility and accountability. The TikTok & Reels Content Creator will continuously seek to increase Miswag’s number of followers, presence, user engagement, and brand awareness by creating content, planning, implementing, executing, and constantly revising social media strategies to reflect consumer interests and expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content to grow our TikTok and Reels audiences.
- Create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure that content is on brand.
- Monitoring and reporting of TikTok and Reels KPIs and metrics.
- Research and contact new and existing relevant Influencers to collaborate with.
- Content scheduling, scripting and presenting on a routine basis.
- Creatively understand and adapt Miswag’s brand voice and tone of the content.
- Transform ideas and publish them by creating a script, filming, and editing ready-to-post TikToks/Reels.
Job requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle different personalities with the utmost respect and professionalism.
- Content creation experience on-Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram and their algorithms.
- Coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Familiar with all social media marketing trends and are a first user.
- Creative & inspirational storyteller who always brings fresh ideas to the table.
- Ability to work creatively and adapt to fast changes.
- Product photography knowledge is preferred.
- Skilled in video editing is a plus.
