Duties and responsibilities
- Reports to CEO
- Initiating sales with potential clients over the phone
- Listening to the clients' needs to generate repeat sales
- Research potential client information
- Arrange meeting for the sales team
- Contact potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using sales pitches
- Answering questions about products/Services or the company
- Ask questions to understand client requirements
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- The patience and ability to engage clients in conversation
- Intermediate sales ability
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting client
- Languages: Professional working proficiency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
