Chemonics International is seeking applications from qualified candidates who have work experience in Iraq in adaptive capacity, community leadership, economic growth, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSME), and inclusive development for a USAID-funded project. Qualified candidates with expertise in following areas are invited to submit expression of interest:

Qualifications:

University degree in international or economic development, public or business administration, project management, political science, or related technical field.

Experience relevant to the technical areas identified above, particularly project management in Iraq or a similar conflict environment required.

More than 8 years’ experience for Senior Level and 5 years for Manager/Specialist level.

Ability to work effectively with government, NGOs, civil society organizations, other project stakeholders.

Demonstrated exemplary diplomatic, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Arabic required.
