Main purpose of the job:
-
Help, accompany and transport patients from a place to another within the Heath facility, according to the instruction from the medical team and following hygiene standards, in order to ensure their safety.

Accept and apply MSF principles, values and internal regulations. Apply MSF protocols and adhere to the rules implemented by MSF within MSF Covid 19 centre.
Accountabilities:
-
Facilitate the transportation of the patients starting at the arrival area of the Covid facility, assisting and helping them at all times with a strict respect of IPC rules implemented within MSF Covid 19 center.

Ensure safe transport taking into consideration the state/conditions of the patient and the instructions given by nursing team or doctors.

Keep the patients and families informed about the place they are taking the patient to.

Follow at all times the universal hygiene standards and the instructions of health professionals covid 19 related.

Ensure the disinfection of his/her material (stretch, etc.) as per MSF guidelines and procedures.

Report all important information and assist in other tasks upon request.

Performing delegated tasks according based on request by the Nurse Activity Manager
-
Help the medical team by preventing caretakers in the waiting area outside of MSF Covid 19 center on the rules implemented in covid19 context.
Specific requirements for the role:

Essential Fluency in Arabic, desirable basic level of English
-
Desirable: basic literacy skills
-
Desirable previous experience in similar position with MSF or other NGOs
