This is a field based back to back postion, Stores Clerk, will manage the daily operational warehousing requirements for Genel Energy’s KRI area of operations.

Key Accountabilities:
The key responsibilities of the Stores Clerk include:
Processes

Understand material receiving, issuing and cycle count processes
Systems
-
Be able to interact with the materials management control suite in EAM
Logistics
-
received, sort, utilize and archive daily logistics documentation related to warehousing and site delivery.
Materials Management
-
Daily interface with EAM for entry of material receipts, issue tickets, and inventory balancing.

Generate reports on inventory balance, damages and shortages.

Interface with suppliers, and Finance, related to discrepancies in materials documentation and physically received materials.

Good receipting for Genel Accounts Payable acceptance payment release for delivered materials.
Skills and Experience:

Good level in written and spoken English and kurdish.

2-3 years of relevant work experience with oil & gas materials.
