Objectives
To deliver effective and accurate security training on a range of courses to over 500 local national students in support of the contract.
Expert in instructing in a wide range of static guard security subjects in English and Kurdish.
Expert in instructing weapon handling skills and weapon handling tests (AK47 and Pistol). Experienced in delivering range training instruction and teaching marksmanship principles.
Maintain individual student learner documentation in line with the contract requirements.
Responsible For
Delivery of Training, including:
- Delivery of a range bespoke security courses for static guarding, vehicle inspection, mobile patrolling.
- Delivering supervisor courses to teach students how to manage and supervise static guards.
- Conduct student performance assessments during training
- Complete and maintain student assessment records
- Produce student course reports based on student performance

- Work as part of a 12 man team to deliver effective training to 500 recruits over 6 or 8 intense 12 day training packages.

Core Skills
Communication. The individual should be able to:
- Communicate at all levels of company and client Management
- Be confident to deliver training to local national students
- The individual should be able to produce accurate learner assessments and reports.
Information Technology. The individual should have good IT literacy and be confident with common applications such as Office Suite and especially Word and Excel.
Organisational Ability. The individual should be able to develop, organise and manage training processes such as producing lesson plans, PowerPoint presentations and training documentation.
