Social Media Specialist+ Ads manager job description:
Job duties and responsibilities
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Make editorial calendars and schedules for syndication.
- Monitor the existing design (ads, thumbnails, landing pages, profile pictures, etc.)
- Responsible for the creation of ad campaigns with their further distribution throughout social media
- Prepare reports based on marketing campaigns’ performance for the upper management
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- use data to analyze what’s working, what’s not, and reinforce or refocus key messages accordingly
- Communicate with followers and monitor customer reviews

- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, , Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
