Responsibilities:
- Manage all site vehicles (buses, pickups, and SUVs).
- Organize and coordinate driver schedules and staff transportation from residencial camps to work areas.
- Record and evalaute daily driver and vehicle schedules.
- Inspect transport vehicles on weekly basis and submit inspection reports.
- Prepare and coordinate requested transports from different departments inside the work site or for outside travel.
- Train and manage site drivers about safe driving, regualtions, respectful behaviour.
- Record all driver logs on daily basis and submit on monthly basis.
- Communicate with expat and local staff about any grievneces they report.
- Prepare accident report in case of occurance.
Qualifications and other Requirements:
- Bachelor’s management, social sciences.
- Kurdish & English are required and Turkish is a plus.
- Advanced level in (MS Office, radio coomnication) required for this position.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, trafic management, vehicle maintance.
- Advanced level in (MS Office, radio coomnication) required for this position.
