Job Description: Gateway ICT Solutions is seeking an experience Senior Sales Executive who is dedicated and customer-oriented in sales. S/He will be responsible to be responsible for sales department and to expand our product exposure in the market. S/He will also be responsible to analyze the industry trends to identify ways to enter new and emerging market territories, expand the wholesale and retail channels, as well as submitting account plans and sales reports to higher management.
Technical Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create a solid sales plan to identify sales targets and build monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast, and suggest proper sales strategies to achieve them.
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals..
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers.
- Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service andprofit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
- Monitor the sales industry to identify changes in market trends and adjust accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and proper customer relationship management.
- Provide sales and warehouse system training for newly onboarded clients, and support for the current ones.
- Be able to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
General Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales management experience.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Languages require for this post, fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic
To be successful in this position, you should be persuasive and able to build a good relationship with the customers. Ultimately, an outstanding senior sales executive should be adept at negotiating terms of sale with trade channels, and demonstrate exceptional communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
