Job Purpose:
To create new experiences that inspire audiences. The ideal candidate must possess strong conceptual design skills as well as the ability to tell compelling stories in motion. He will be responsible for driving video execution and production across multiple marketing mediums such as TV, social video ads as well as brand and product videos.

Candidate Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media Design or a related field.
Candidate Experience:
-
At least 5 years of professional experience editing, animation, and/or producing video.

A reel and portfolio showcasing amazing work.

Expert knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro.

Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch.

Strong grasp of design, motion, color, and typography.

Ability to research and develop storyboards, create animation sketches, and communicate visual concepts in motion.
Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

Work with the creative team to brainstorm ad concepts, design style frames, build storyboards, composite and edit videos & animation.

Conceptualize, design and create compelling cutting edge 2D and 3D motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms and audiences.

Create concepts that achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story.

Create beautiful animations and videos that inform and delight viewers.Combine video, 3D Animation, text, and other graphics into an integrated visual experience.

Shaping the details of motion projects by providing cutting edge techniques and technologies.

Ramp up a pipeline of performance marketing videos specifically for social advertising and in-app video to allow for frequent creative refresh.

Develop new styles of transition, overlays and on-screen messaging with various video elements.

Provide supervision and mentorship to junior Motion Graphics Designers and Video Producers or Editors as assigned.Lead and review video assets to ensure post-production workflow stays on course.

Handle all technical aspects of video and motion graphics production.

Execute projects with attention to detail and on deadline-driven timelines.
