Senior Graphic Designer

  • Collaborate with other creatives and when necessary lead the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Support the delivery of events and produce any related materials
  • Liaise with external/internal partners around paid for support/advertising
  • Deliver and co-ordinate all design work for both print and digital
  • Allocate design work within design studio (to Junior Designer) and manage work flow to ensure all projects are delivered on time
  • Working closely with the Junior Designer on design projects and provide design support
  • Overseeing all labels and packaging and preparing them to a high standard for print
  • Producing mock-up material of products to be used on social media / websites.
  • Responsible for the visual brand development across all divisions of the group.
  • Produce eye-catching, relevant designs that drives both customer and employee engagement.
  • Manage the overall output of the graphic design team staff to ensure consistency and efficiency of output.
  • Work proactively with other members of the marketing team to ensure effective and efficient delivery within required timescales and budget.
  • Independently prepare finished artwork to be sent to print for reproduction.
  • Maintain and follow the marketing department’s standard operating procedures
  • Drive projects from concept through to design, print, and production.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Advanced knowledge and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of HTML5/CSS
  • Excellent technical copywriting skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced creative / marketing team, agency or in-house
  • You will adopt a 'customer first’ approach and customer service will sit at the heart of everything you deliver
  • A self-starter who operates a 'can-do’, 'will-do’ approach to your work, with the ability to work autonomously and set your own daily workload
  • You’ll be flexible and adaptable working to tight deadlines
  • You will excel in your field and want to constantly learn new skills to take your design capabilities to the next level
  • You will constantly strive to make a positive impact using a balance of strategic thinking, conceptual design and passion for excellence
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and HubSpot software
  • Understanding of social media planning and scheduling tools
  • Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
