We are one of the largest London listed independent oil producers, primarily through our interest in the Tawke Production Sharing Contract, which contains the world-class Tawke field and promising Peshkabir discovery. Our primary growth focus is the commercialization of the world-scale Bina Bawi and Miran gas discoveries, which contain c.2bn boe of raw gas resource. We also have a potentially high-impact exploration portfolio in Africa, including significant acreage holdings onshore Somaliland. Key Accountabilities (Bold indicate the key qualifications for initial assignments)

Develop entire completion tangibles and services and well test tenders and assist to finalize Contracts.

Develop detailed completion BODs and well test BODs.

Develop detailed completion and well test programs then oversee completion and well test operation in country.

Develop rig less procedures as needed (slickline, coiled tubing, etc).

Show strong HSE leadership during the well planning and execution phases.

Follow up on daily basis the completion and intervention operations and plan ahead in order to ensure efficient operations with minimal downtime. Lead the team to ensure activities are safe, comply with regulatory requirements and Company directives as well as industry standards with minimal environmental impact / footprint.

Follow up of the performance of the well with respect to established KPIs and making recommendations for operational improvement. Tracking service company performances and review reports of non-conformance events.

Support and organize peer assists and technical reviews.

Review annual completion and testing plans and budgets. Generate completion scoping costs and AFEs.

Responsible for performing completion engineering studies to ensure optimum well design.

Provide scoping costs and engineering inputs to feasibility studies.

Ensures all work within the area of responsibility is adequately documented and lessons learned are captured for the benefit of future operations worldwide.

Ensure well material and service providers comply with specified quality assurance requirements 14. Ensures all completion activities comply with company standards and appropriate regulatory requirements. 15. Meet subsurface well objectives and requirements.
Education
-
B.S. Engineering Degree preferred and Significant industry training courses.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Work Experience
1. Engineering degree preferred.
2. Fluent in English, excellent writing skills
3. Fifteen plus years of Completion, Workover & Well Test experience.
