Senior Administrator
EDUCATION: Bachelor of Business preferred.
SKILLS: Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Kurdish (Kurdish beneficial but optional).
Excellent organizational skills and self-discipline.
Strong understanding of internal business processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Very good customer service skills.
Excellent database manager skills
EXPIERENCE: 16 months in same or related field.
DUTIES:

Maintain administrative staff by orienting and training new employees.

Accomplish results by communicating job expectations.

Initiate, coordinate, and enforce new systems, policies, and procedures when necessary.

Demonstrate leadership by holding administrators to account for the continuity, accuracy and timeliness of data entry.

Continually monitor the ‘enquiry/quote registry’ and ensure that it is current within reason.

Maintain strong lines of communication with divisional managers.

Enable collaborative atmosphere within the department.

Motivate your team and maintain a dynamic environment.

Actively maintain and improve technical knowledge by engaging in discussions with divisional managers and researching online.

Attend shop meetings; take minutes, create post and file meeting report daily.

Take calls from clients asking for job status, missing information, purchase order issues, etc.
