Job Summary:
The accountant is responsible for all the processes related to maintaining accounting records, including bookkeeping, organizing, and basic analysis and reporting and to scan items and cash, ensure that prices and quantities are correct, and collect and hand out payments.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
· Receive cash from Key Accounts and record it in System, keep their balances updated.
· Record FastPay merchant, agent, reseller and distributor entries.
· Prepare summary entries of A/R and A/P transactions for Key accounts.
· Follow up each key customer accounts regarding their outstanding A/R balance and record them accordingly in System.
· Prepare bank reconciliation.
· Prepare inter-company account reconciliation.
· Receive and pay cash to the concerned person
· Conduct periodically cash closing
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduation/Diploma in Accounting and Finance, having minimum experience of 2-3 years.
- Strong working knowledge and Good ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Excellent communication, Fluent spoken and written English, and Kurdish, and Arabic is a plus.
