B. Qualifications Requirements:
- Education Level: Bachelor’s management, social sciences
- Department: CSR & HSE Department
- Languages included Levels: Kurdish & English are required and Turkish is a plus
- Any specific certificates
- Security Certificates
- Computer Skills (Softwares)
- Advanced level in (MS Office, radio coomnication) required for this position
- Years of experiences in this position or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security management, access control, security coordination and emergency response
C. Responsibilities:
- Manage all security guards and gate pass operations on daily basis
- Coordinate security information with cleint’s security department and HSE department
- Give security beriefing and inducation to site staff and outside drivers and personnel
- Provide security reports and risk assessment to project management
- Manage roatation changes and schedules for security guards
- Prepare and enforce security plan and measures on site areas
- In case of incidents, provide investigation reports
- Coordinate outside security contractor schedules and request their escort services upon request
- Evaluate security risks and take measures to protect staff and prevent incidents
