Job Description
- Achieving personal targets by promoting campaigns to customers who request information through the company's web page, call center, or other channels,
- To provide correct information by understanding the needs and expectations of customers, to offer the most appropriate solution, to strive for customer satisfaction,
- To communicate with customers registered in CRM within a certain plan within the scope of sales activities determined in accordance with the current sales strategy,
- Developing methods for developing the customer portfolio and gaining new customers, determining potential customers in line with sector information,
- Evaluating customer requests, preparing offers, converting approved offers into sales, and ensuring that all these activities are recorded on CRM,
- To follow up customers’ payment activities and schedules through CRM, to forward customer requests to the relevant support units,
- Achieving daily / monthly sales targets by taking part in the sales structure and meeting customer expectations in the best way,
- To make plans for the realization of daily, weekly, and monthly targets and to prepare detailed reports for the Sales Manager
Who are we looking for?
- Good command of MS Office programs,
- Preferably having CRM knowledge,
- Having the ability to plan and organize,
- Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and persuasion techniques,
- Good diction, taking care of their appearance,
- Successful in business follow-up and finalization,
- High motivation and self-confidence
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Analytical and mathematical capabilities to manage money, as well as set, analyze, and meet sales targets,
- Excellent communication skills both in Arabic and in Kurdish; Turkish and/or English also preferred.
