Falcon for Beauty Services is looking for a highly qualified female candidate for the position of “Sales Supervisor” to supervise complete operations of their cosmetic line, ensure a high level of productivity and customer satisfaction through extensive product knowledge and outstanding customer service. And to promote good working relationships among Beauty Advisers.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner

Train, coach, motivate, and develop new and incumbent associates on company policies and procedures, product knowledge, and personal and department productivity goals

Review and analyze business performance of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales results
-
Review advertising calendar and ensure proper execution of events
-
Provide product information and advice on selling techniques.
-
Keep track of sales and profitability, set sales goals and monitor beauty advisors’ performance.

Ensure timely processing of new receipts, damages, testers, and return to vendors through delegation to self and staff
-
Develop and implement business driving events to achieve department goals.

Supervise proper presentation, organization, storing, and replenishment of stock

Sell merchandise through effective customer service techniques and professional selling skills to reach personal productivity goal

Communicate regularly with vendors, planners, distributors, and buyers regarding stock needs, customer preferences, and special events

Participate in physical inventory process

Maintain good housekeeping standards

Ensure work area is free from hazards and work in a safe manner

Be in compliance with all hygiene standards

Report to Department manager for all the sales and operations details.

Supervise and set the schedule of beauty advisors.
Education/Experience:
College graduate or any equivalent degree. A minimum of two year of previous selling experience is required, preferably in cosmetics. Previous supervisory is also preferred.
Language Skills:
-
Ability to read, write, and interpret general business periodicals in English, Arabic & Kurdish.

Ability to effectively communicate with and present information to customers, vendors, buyers, peers, and all levels of management.

Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Able to use a calculator. Must be able to calculate percentages and ratios.
