· Working hours: From 10 am to 6 pm including one hour for lunch break
· Working days: form Saturday to Thursday (6 days a week)
· Annual leave: 18 days / year, Sick leave allowed
· Probation Period: 3 months
· One year contract after probation period with monthly target
Job Description:
· Ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop by supervising and coordinating the work of the sales team, including assigning tasks and managing schedules.
· Train and mentor junior employees, ensuring their skills are developed and maintained to deliver excellent coffee products and service.
· Uphold the brand standards and franchise guidelines, ensuring consistency in product quality, presentation, and customer experience.
· Monitor inventory levels and place orders for coffee beans, supplies, and equipment as needed, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained.
· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.
· Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new coffee products, and brewing techniques to provide customers with an exceptional coffee experience.
· Assist in performing administrative tasks, such as cash handling, sales reporting, and staff performance evaluations.
Qualification:
· Previous experience in a senior sales supervisor or barista role within a coffee shop or similar food service establishment.
· Extensive knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, latte art, and coffee equipment operation.
· Excellent customer service skills with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences to customers.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
· High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
· Proficiency in handling sales transactions, cash handling, and basic computer skills.
· Secondary school degree or higher
