Position: Sales Representatives
Location: Iraq, Erbil, Kurdistan Region
Salary: Commensurate with the required experience and qualifications
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Selling company goods, products, and services in order to increase profit.
- Looking for potential new clients and buyers.
- explaining the benefits of the products, goods, or services they sell to new customers in order to promote and build loyalty to their brand.
- managing client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
- working closely with operations and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- assisting customers with complaints or inquiries related to products, services, or purchases.
- tracking volumes, numbers, and margins by reviewing Sales reports and achieving weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual volume and margin sales targets.
- Developing strong relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty.
- Providing customers with an expected budget, payment agreements, and delivery estimates
- Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers.
- Provide daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
Job Requirements & Skills:
- 3-5 years of sales experience .
- Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish (Spoken and Written) & able to speak Turkish.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maketing, Logistics, or related field.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills & good team player
- Planing and Organizing.
