Job Title: Sales Representative

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Location: Erbil

Sales representative will follow the sales targets in terms of accomplishing clear objectives, follows up field execution, procedure execution, maintaining excellent relationships with customers and achieving the defined sales targets. Also, advise the sales committee deciding the daily sales prices based on daily market updates from various reliable resources.

Job Responsibilities:

▪ Regular planned market visit.

▪ Daily Price update from the local market for all types of related products.

▪ Reports and monitors the distribution & coverage plan results.

▪ Follow, recommend, and guide the performances of sales associates (distributor/ dealer) against set objectives.

▪ Keeping track and update of our product sale and update on competitor’s activity

▪ Providing Market Intelligence about issue’s, customer feedback, supplier feedback.

▪ Attend the customer issues and report back for analysis and appropriate action.

▪ Periodically recommends the upcoming events and appropriate implementation of marketing plans, and relevant activities.

▪ Weekly reports, and images (proof of activities).

▪ Action plan for upcoming weeks

▪ Update on Govt. regulations for our products.

▪ Should be accessible at any time of the day.

Requirements:

▪ Multilingual, fluency in written and spoken English, Kurdish and/ or Arabic language.

▪ 3-5 years of field experience of modern organized retail, general market sales and merchandising with distribution company.

▪ Successful previous experience as a merchandiser or sales assistant, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

▪ Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

▪ Strong business sense and industry expertise.

▪ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.

▪ Demonstrated ability to communicate, report and action effectively at all levels of the organization.

▪ MS office, social media awareness and electronic media correspondence.

▪ Familiar with the KRG market and demographics of province.

▪ Should have driving licenses for light motor vehicle.

 

Working Schedule:

▪ 6 Days/ Week

▪ Working hours: 8AM to 4PM.
