Summary /
Coca-Cola is urgently seeking to hire an Area Sales Manager / ASM with a minimum of 3-5 years of Sales experience within FMCG companies to achieve sales, distribution and market share objectives and operating cost per case as laid in the Operating Budget.
Qualifications & Skill requirements:
- BA in Business, Marketing, economic or related filed.
- 3-5 years experience in Sales Management of FMCG especially with reputable beverage companies and Brands.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all customers by developing scheduled agenda to sustain relationship with top customers.
- Knowledge & Experience of different Markets, Trade Channel Development & strong Management skills.
- Knowledge and Experience in Business Planning, Distribution Planning & Van Sales Operation.
- Knowledge of Category Management and Training of Sales Team.
- Knowledge and Experience in setting up Sales Targets and Driving the Team for Execution and Achievements.
- Fluent in English and Kurdish Language (Reading, Writing and Speaking). Arabic is a plus.
- Qualified in Presentations and Communications skills.
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs (MS Word, Excel, Power point, outlook).
- Update and report weekly and monthly departmental reports and corrective actions with assurance of continues development of information hand off regarding all required information – external & internal.
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Be flexible for Openness to change & diversity
- Planning & organizing
- Delegates and follows-up on related issues
- Should be Result orientated person.
- Should be very good in negotiation skills.
- Shoul be decision maker.
