Job Description

Prospect new clients (contractors, architects, developers and consultants).

Assists the clients with pre-sales activities (Traffic analysis, shafts dimensions...)

Prepare offers and tenders, negotiate the offer terms with the client and close the deal.

Finalize the shop drawings and the finishes details with the client following the contract's signature.

Follow up on outstanding money amounts.

Maintain good relationship and proper follow up with the clients.

Able to work under pressure.

Sociable, Customer oriented.

Good negotiation and closing skills.

Minimum experience in outdoor sales of 3 years is required. Experience in construction field and/or elevators field is a plus.
