As a Sales Engineer (Machinery) Representative, you are accountable for achieving the sales monthly target which is planned by your manger; and as a frontline staff you will be responsible on maintaining a
high level of customer’s satisfaction and to represent the company in the best way that reflects the company’s image and values.
Job Functions & Duties
Sales Achievement
-
Provide customers with a consultation on the best-fit-product to their needs supported by the required information (product, price, delivery time, etc.) to enhance converting traffic to closed deals.

Achieve target of prospects, test drives, sales and CS.
-
To maintain and develop an accurate customer’s database.
-
Implement follow-up program in order to achieve the targets.
-
Comply to Customer Handling standards in his selling process.

To prepare all the reports accurately and on timely manner to the management related to Traffic and prospects, follow-up, marketing research.

Represent the company adequately and proficiently through appropriate appearance, communication style, and general manners.
Training
-
To attend all trainings conducted by the company and to implement what covered in it.
Customer Satisfaction

Maintain high level of customer satisfaction by greeting, and communicating by responding on their inquiries courteously following the company’s CS standards.

Listen and respond to unsatisfied customers patiently and to handle theircomplains by reporting to upper level manager.
Others
-
Reports to management on any situation on condition that may jeopardize the safety, welfare, or company’s integrity and others.
Any other duties as assigned by the management.
Personal Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Good Experience in Construction Equipment, Trucks, Cranes, and Forklifts.

Good level of sales representativeness.

Communication & persuasion skills.
-
IT literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, English.

Ability to represent the company as sales representative Indoor and Outdoor by visits.

Interested and enthusiasm in automotive Specs and models.
