Responsibilities Include:
  • Craft sales plans and targets and to ensure the profitability targets are met on a regular basis for all channels and areas of sales operations.
  • Prepare department business plan and annual budget, track and monitor the deviations ratio and adjust accordingly.
  • Maintain and increase market penetration to meet the brand leadership position in the market.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maximizing profit.
  • Improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced services and real-time communication with the sales help desk to find out dissatisfied customers and take immediate actions.
Qualifications and Competencies Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in marketing or business administration, or in a related field
  • Work Experience in FMCG industry in sales.
  • Very Good English and fluent Arabic are must, fluent in Kurdish
  • Good command of computer skills especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
