We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for customers, by adding their data to our websites and providing feedback, and to make follow up visit to all the clients.
Responsibilities:
- Visit clients and record their profucts on oru websites
- Give after-sales support when requested.
- Respond to any online or telephone queries from the users.
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts.
- Promote awareness of company’s brand image.
- Take photos for the client’s product to add it to our websites
- Promote information on social media.
Requirements:
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to use a camera, understand framing, color and light to create a visually pleasing photograph.
- Good in English and Kurdish (Kurdish is a must), Arabic an advantage
