Approach, greet and offer assistance to customers entering the showroom according to the Mercedes-Benz brand image

Assist the customers in selecting available Mercedes-Benz products by undertaking an in-depth needs analysis

Explain vehicle performance, product details, features and benefits according to the Mercedes-Benz sales process

Offer and accompany the customer in test driving vehicles according to the Mercedes-Benz test drive process
-
Ensure smooth completion of the sales contract and associated documentation
-
Promote and up-sell Mercedes-Benz products and services (e.g. Mercedes-Benz Collection)
-
Introduce finance and insurance products during the sales process and support implementation of finance and insurance campaigns
-
Facilitate that the F&I department receives sufficient customer information for a smooth hand-over

Facilitate that relevant paperwork, car registration and/or insurance documentation is completed according to the distributor policies

Organize the hand-over of the vehicle according to the distributor policy

Introduce the customer to the After-Sales department

Handle customer complaints tactfully and promptly according to the distributor policies and escalate difficult cases immediately to the Supervisor/Sales Manager

Create a target focused plan for new customer acquisition using a prospect development system

Use various methods (e.g. telephone, e-mail, visit) to acquire and follow-up on prospective customers and compile customer contact reports

Ensure regular and prompt updates of customer database and records to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Share knowledge and best practices about the respective specialized product or product group within the rest of the sales team

Gain expert product knowledge on Mercedes-Benz and competitor products, features and accessories and update this regularly
Experience:
-
2 years’ working experience in a Sales role in automotive, luxury goods and/or premium service industry
Knowledge & Skills:

Knowledge of product presentation and sales methods

Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products and technologies preferred

Knowledge of customer relationship management

Excellent prospecting skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

MS-Office Skills

Driving license

Good English language skills (written and spoken)
