Sharp Soft is B2B IT Solutions company that serves both private companies and public sector to improve their businesses through up-to-date and suitable IT solutions. We are looking for a male and female qualified Sales account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.
Minimum Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in a related field

Bachelor's degree, Business preferred

Have a valid driver's license with a car

Very good level in English and Arabic

Responsibilities

Executing the sales plan put by the manager and achieve the set targets

Conduct research to strategically target accounts & contacts

Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks

Set up meetings and assist as required with continued sales

Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success

Develop positive relationships with clients

Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Report on the status of accounts and transactions, and maintaining accurate records
Compensation
-
The compensation will be a salary + commission method. In which the employee will have a monthly salary plus a commission on the monthly sales and targets.
