DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Registration of beneficiaries with minimum set of data.

Prepare and implement the distribution of NFI and Food items including site selection, site preparation or registration status, distribution, re-stocking, crowd and the verification handling of supervisor volunteers on site complaints.

Upholding the data quality and submitting the data on a timely manner.

Inform the community of the date, location and eligibility requirement for the distribution if required, participate in the initial needs assessment to help the program gain a better understanding of the scope and location of crisis

Promptly identify and recommend solutions to technical issues

Monitor progress against work plan, promptly identifying any current or potential delays distribution
-
Fully comply with QANDIL safety and security procedures and provide input to security monitoring and assessments to enable and promote a safe and secure environment for program implementation

Collect and compile key distribution data including registration lists, distribution lists and distribution reports
-
Participate in monitoring and evolution activities directly or by providing feedback to the monitoring and evolution team

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor to enable and develop QANDIL programs.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in related field;

Minimum one years’ experience in the same position or field;

Fluency in English and Kurdish. Arabic language is Essential;

Familiar with using Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel and Word);

Good communication skills, Polite and respectful;
-
Honest, hardworking and independent;
-
Willing and able to travel across Erbil governorate independently;
-
Able to represent QANDIL and the humanitarian principles it stands for;
