MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receiving visitors, ensuring presentation of valid personal ID cards and directing them to the correct office and/or staff.

Observing the staff’s daily attendance signature and assisting the office assistant in updating the attendance sheet.

Operating telephones switch board, direct /receive calls as required. Responsible for the minor maintenance and repair of switchboard and telephone lines

Keeping telephone numbers of all local departments, NGOs, QANDIL staff, Hotels, hospitals and other facilities.

Assist administration in identifying and reporting any threat against QANDIL and/or its staff members which may occur within his/her area of responsibility.

Delivering and collecting messages/mails as appointed.

Receiving and handing over all the correspondences between QANDIL and other partners.

Arrange and fix the appointments for the meetings.

Assisting the expatriate Staff in obtaining residence visa.

Responsible for following up the registration and other routine formalities of QANDIL with the local authorities.

Assisting the procurement officer in distribution and collecting the tenders.

Perform other duties may be required by QANDIL.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

High School diploma, preferable a bachelor degree.

Two years experience in the same position of field.

Computer skills: Very good in all MS‐Office applications and professional knowledge in Excel.

Good speaking and writing skills in English, Kurdish, and Arabic languages is required.
