A company in Sulaimani is looking for qualified personnel to fill the following vacant position.
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure compliance with local laws and legislation at all times, including visa procurement, maintaining valid licenses and documentation as required, and management of accommodation and transportation.
Requirements;

University degree holder.

5+ years’ experience in handling a wide range of clerical, administrative, coordination and executive support related tasks; experience in financial auditing would also be beneficial.

Effective communication skills

Effective planning organizational and time management skills

Ability and experience in dealing with all local government departments, to follow issues and have works done including site visit.

Knowledge of visa requirements (Multiple Exit re-entry + Single entry emergency)

Knowledge of blood tests and sites security passes requirements

Availability to travel as and when required

Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines

Exceedingly well organized and flexible to enjoy the administrative and coordination challenges of supporting an office of diverse and multinational people

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Arabic and Kurdish

Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Able to work long hours in demanding conditions
