A company in Sulaimani is looking for qualified personnel to fill the following vacant position.
Purpose of the Job:
To ensure compliance with local laws and legislation at all times, including visa procurement, maintaining valid licenses and documentation as required, and management of accommodation and transportation.
 
Requirements;
  • University degree holder.
  • 5+ years’ experience in handling a wide range of clerical, administrative, coordination and executive support related tasks; experience in financial auditing would also be beneficial. 
  • Effective communication skills
  • Effective planning organizational and time management skills
  • Ability and experience in dealing with all local government departments, to follow issues and have works done including site visit.
  • Knowledge of visa requirements (Multiple Exit re-entry + Single entry emergency)
  • Knowledge of blood tests and sites security passes requirements
  • Availability to travel as and when required
  • Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines
  • Exceedingly well organized and flexible to enjoy the administrative and coordination challenges of supporting an office of diverse and multinational people
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, Arabic and Kurdish
  • Strong knowledge of MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Able to work long hours in demanding conditions
