MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise the implementation of all project activities related to the IDP component of the Mosul project (Pillar 4 Agreement), in coordination with the Mosul Head of Office and UNHCR.

Systematically collect and analyze relevant data for project reporting and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), while complying with UNHCR’s confidentiality and documentation standards.

Draft monthly work plans for the Mosul Protection Teams.

Monitor the quality of services provided through the Mosul Protection Teams, and ensure that project outputs are delivered upon in a timely and efficient manner.

Provide logistical support for the implementation of all project activities.

Respond to all other requests, as necessary, to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

Perform other duties may be required by Mosul head Of Office.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Bachelor Degree, Academic background or 2-3 years of relevant experience in protection, social work, law, human rights, humanitarian response or other relevant field.

General knowledge of issues pertaining to Persons of Concern to UNHCR and UNHCR’s protection mandate.

Excellent English and Arabic skills, both written and spoken.

Excellent reporting skills.

Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Outlook etc.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a team work attitude.

Excellent analytical skills and strategic planning.

Confidentiality - Ability to handle sensitive matters appropriately.

Willingness to work in all areas of Erbil Governorate and Khabat District and to work overtime if required by supervisors.
