Property Manager

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Point of contact for all international business clients.

• Manage and solve all complaints/issues to positive resolution.

• Maintain business relationships.

• Monthly meetings with clients.

• Direct all aspects of lease administration for both residential and commercial properties.

• Drafting and finalizing leases.

• Ensuring lease compliance.

• Evaluating lease expenses.

• Landlord maintenance and asset management.

• Support the company objectives of savings achieved from challenging and negotiating lease expenses, renegotiation of lease terms and disposition of excess properties.

• Prepare monthly budget, statements of accounts and variance reports.

• Oversee property management services including facility management and preventative maintenance.

• Attracts tenants by explaining advantages of location and services; showing units.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.

• 3+ years’ experience in property management, customer service & public relations.

• Excellent Knowledge in Erbil Market.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Enhanced negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Fluency in English & Kurdish , Arabic is an asset.
