DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the project in providing livelihoods guidance, on an individual or group basis to increase the beneficiaries’ awareness of vocational pathways and help them focus on specific vocations and values to choose skills training based on their needs and interest.

Assists the project in organizing and providing information to beneficiaries about livelihoods and vocational opportunities.

Provide information to beneficiaries on skills training, market opportunities, and small business creation.

Supports to establish a close network with civil society and other organizations. Collect information regarding available skills and available training opportunities.

Assists the project in the organization of trainings and other events related to the project.

Assists the project in linking beneficiaries to adult learning institutions and refer them to selected courses.

Supports the project to carrying out field monitoring of participants after the completion of the training.

Supports the project in maintaining a database of outputs/activities and beneficiaries/trainees reached in project.
-
Facilitates the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the project through team meetings, visit to selected beneficiaries, regular reporting and any other monitoring tools.

Any other task relevant to the position as requested by the line manager.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

University degree in project management.

One to two year experience in the same position.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Good level of computer literacy

Personal commitment, efficiency, flexibility.

Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English languages.
