We are looking for a highly organized Project Manager to handle our company’s ongoing projects and oversee the successful execution of these projects. You will be creating planning steps, managing the budget, and identifying the required resources for the project, ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
To be successful you must have excellent organizational skills, be able to manage all aspects of the project simultaneously e.g. submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. Proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes is a requirement. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
Performing and keeping up the quality of the performance per Interno’s standards.
Create a planning schedule.

Identify if staff members require further training and provide this training.

Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and investors.
Maintain relationship with the clients.

Coordinate with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

Read, understand, and implement drawings – Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and all other project designs and drawings.

Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.
Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Manage customer satisfaction within project transition period.
Conduct post project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
ERP project oversight.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
Work with senior stakeholders.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
Support worker communication with the management team.
Travel is necessary to visit sites and staying on the project for a designated duration.
Working hours are typically standard office hours, but strict deadlines mean longer hours, weekends and being on-call are all possible and expected.
Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in camp construction projects, 200 men and above.
Ability to read, understand and foresee economic and other impacts on the project.
A degree in project management, business management or a related field.
15+ Years of proven experience with project management, operations, and leadership.
Excellent ability to manage the employees.
