MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver PMP Preb training to QANDIL beneficiaries free of charges, 2-3 times per month. 12-15 participants per each training course. 40 hours training will be offered within 5 working days/week. In your application, please give us quotation (including your fees, accommodation, meals, etc.) for each training in Erbil and Basra. The consultant should handle his/her transport arrangements.

Deliver a variety of learners –concerned, results –based project management training course from introductory to advanced levels.

Staff will be assigned to manage registration and preparation activities for training courses and develop appropriate evaluation process.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Master’s degree in business management.

Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent.

3 years of experience in certification or training project or program management.

Fluent in Arabic and good English language skills. Knowledge of Kurdish will be a plus.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word programs.

Must work well within ethnically diverse teams, and work cooperatively within teams.
