Duties and Responsibilities:

Supports the project in providing the implementation of the plan on individual or group basis to increase quality of the work with beneficiaries and help them identify the needs of the teams.

Assists the project in organizing and providing information to beneficiaries about activities.

Assist in selecting the coaches and teams.

Supports to establish a close network with civil society organizations.
-
Assists in the organization of workshops and other events related to the project.
-
Assists in linking coaches to the team and fill their needs including sport materials or activities required.

Carrying out field monitoring of each coach at least once a month after the given workshop.

Supports in maintaining a database of outputs/activities and coaches/teams who take part in the project.

Any other task relevant to the position as requested by the line manager.
Requirements

University Degree in Project Management, Sociology, Sport or any other relevant fields is preferred;

Two years previous experience in the same position of field;

Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English languages;

Proficiency in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project);

Excellent communication and organizational skills;

Experience in organizing workshops and public speaking;

Problem solving skills while working with the staff and beneficiaries;

Creativity to develop the operation based on international standards;

Able to work under pressure and meet the deadlines
