MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the project in providing livelihoods guidance, on an individual or group basis to increase beneficiaries’ awareness of vocational pathways and help them focus on specific vocations and values to choose skills training based on their needs and interest;

Assists the project in organizing and providing information to beneficiaries about livelihoods and vocational opportunities.

Provide information to beneficiaries on skills training, market opportunities, and small business creation.

Supports to establish a close network with civil society and other organizations.

Collect information regarding available skills and available training opportunities.

Assists the project in the organization of trainings and other events related to the project.

Assists the project in linking beneficiaries to adult learning institutions and refers them to selected courses.

Supports the project in maintaining a database of outputs/activities and beneficiaries/trainees reached in project.

Facilitates the qualitative and quantitative monitoring of the project through team meetings, visit to selected beneficiaries, regular reporting and any other monitoring tools.

Any other task relevant to the position as requested by the line manager.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS):

Bachelor Degree in business or Project management;

One year experience in the same position or field;

Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic & English Languages;

Excellent Reporting Skills in English is required.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel programs.
