  • Personally drive project delivery and willingness to problem solve issues and actively remove obstacles to the completion of a project, including applying a "roll up the sleeves and fix it" attitude when necessary.

  • Closely manage progress against objectives, including highlighting roadblocks, managing the work-streams of others on the team, and driving full-team problem solving as required.

  • Effectively communicate the progress of projects across all stakeholders.

  • Adopt a learning mindset and take personal responsibility for continuous performance improvement, and for supporting the ongoing growth and success of the team against its broader objectives.

  • Work with the Re:Coded management team to track program budgets, expenditures and ensure accurate projections.

  • Document and communicate lessons learned on an ongoing basis with team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 3 years experience in project management and coordination.

  • Experience in developing and managing a range of partners and teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with different audiences.

  • Broad level understanding of programming (programming skills not necessary but a plus) or previous experience coordinating coding bootcamps is an asset.

  • Experience with communication tools such as Slack and Trello.

  • Experience with agile project management methodologies such as SCRUM.

  • Fluency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is an asset.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

  • Airfare to facilitate getting there, subsided housing and healthcare.
