Program Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Act as the program focal point with al the stakeholders.
  • Manage the program daily activities including:
  1. The training courses twice a week
  2. Masterclasses with successful entrepreneurs and leaders.
  3. Lead the BD group sessions and roundtable discussions.
  4. Attend the 1 to 1 BD sessions with the incubatees individually
  • Implement and improve the program delivery plan and budget. And review the weak points in the program deliver to improve the incubatees experience and outcome.  
  • Manage the programs outreach including marketing, outbound communication, and media.
  • Collaborate with universities, incubators, government, and any other role players in the market that can support the program implementation.
  • Responsible for the partnerships by communicating with potential partners and get them on board.  
  • Manage the monthly board meetings to keep all the partners aware of the program progress.
  • Attend the by-weekly meetings to communicate updates.
  • Attend the HQ activities online.
  • Improve the program overall including advising on the required activities and changes needed.
  • Explore new partnerships with other incubators around the world to maximize the incubatees benefits.
  • Prepare and submit the quarterly progress reports and coordinate with the finance to facilitate the program audit.

Qualifications:

  • Good experience in incubation programs.
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups.
  • Fluent in English and Kurdish. Arabic is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree.
