Formulate and implement Influencer strategies, be responsible for external influencer communication, influencer and media activities execution, analysis, and control of communication effects.
- Planning, writing, and briefing the influencers with the creative content key messages of our planning plans, and influential communication events, including product promotion, brand communication, and related project communication.
- Follow up and control the influencer creative content and post-execution, ensuring the deliverables from influencers reach the Realme standard and requirements.
- Control and analyze the communication effects of the influencers' cooperation, and write the professional media and influencer review report.
- Responsible for expanding and maintaining the relationship between media and KOLs, grasping media trends and communication trends, analyzing and managing media resources, and maintaining media libraries.
- Deal with brand/product crises, and quickly formulate and implement reasonable and adequate crisis public relations response strategies.
- Regular influencer plan includes persuasive topics for our daily work.
-Launch events and other events management in terms of media, tech bloggers, third parties, etc.…
- Co-mkt strategy and management with third-party handling
- Have deeply insight into the Iraqi market and consumer
- Have the connection with some degree accumulation of the influencer' resources such as tech, gamer, lifestyle influencers, and more.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Arabic and Kurdish, Public Relations, Marketing, or Journalism.
- Proven working experience in PR or influencers is required, with over 1 year of experience either in-house or in an agency.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of media and influencers on different platforms and categories, and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube Instagram ,TikTokk, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
- Good technical understanding and can learn new hardware and software quickly. Proficient in Excel/PowerPoint/Word.
