Roles and Responsibilities
- Team leading, Control & follow-up work quality for CM & check
- Control SMR of his team
- Control SMR of his team
- Cooperate with teams, Available In the field as an O&M technician when needed
- Follow up CM plan with team leader
- Follow up on snags and quality reports with the team leader
- Support project initiations to enhance network performance
- prepare daily activity reports for the cluster and share them with the team leader.
Education / Personal Qualification
- Bachelor of Electrical engineering or equivalent field.
- at least 1-year experience in the same field
- Familiar with telecom equipment, BSS and link budget
- Good knowledge in power field
