Administration Duties

  1. Ensures the timely submission of deliverables from a diverse array of multiple cross- functional teams.
  2. Identifies potential project risks and difficulties and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid risks, Escalates issues as appropriate.
  3. Maintains visibility of strategic planning process and initiatives along the projects during the planning process to ensure meaningful collaboration, and comprehensive and effective implementation.
  4. Coordinates resources across multiple departments in strategic planning efforts. Liaison among projects managers, coordinators in different department to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and direction as appropriate.
  5. Provides select support services through assigned project management tools, templates, and principles for planning teams and steering committee, in collaboration with the Planning Manager
  6. Involve in preparing and tracking annual budget plans for company departments.
  7. Prepare variant daily, weekly and monthly reports for the planning department.
  8. Data analysis and come up with conclusion and recommendation reports.
  9. Performs other duties as required.
Skills and Qualification
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum one year of job-related experience, preferably in planning department.
  3. Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel and Power point.
  4. Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  5. Familiarity with Office 365 applications (e.g., One Drive – Planner – To Do ... etc)
  6. Forecast issues and consequences or proposed actions and identify alternate solutions;
  7. Think critically and strategically;
  8. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  9. Maintain confidentiality
  10. Excellent organizational skills
  11. Good English, Kurdish and Arabic languages skills is a must.
